Industrial Revolution in Morocco?

The main industry is minning phosphate, and the machinery and techniques have not really changed. However, tourism has changed because there ate more hotels and restaurants to accomodate tourists. Also the technology has changed with new phones, internt for everyone and new means of transportation (the tramway, the TGV). Finally Morocco is not exactly having an industrial revolution but it is slowly improving some of its industrial aspects.
